The consortium GS Inima (80%) and Said (20%) won the tender for the water and sewerage concession of the city of Brodowski, offering a subvention of 69,589,000.00 reais, the equivalent of 11.275 million euros. The estimated deadline for the beginning of activities is 1 March.
GS Inima is committed to promoting the execution of infrastructure works that include significant improvements in basic sanitation services and that, from 2025, will also benefit the more than 25.000 inhabitants of Brodowski, in the northeast region of the State of São Paulo.
For the municipality of Brodowski, this project represents a fundamental step towards the universalization of sanitation services. The concession granted to GS Inima Brasil and Constructora SAID translates into a commitment to promote strong investments, allowing to meet the deadlines established in the regulatory framework and achieve the goal of universal sanitation by 2033.
More efficient treatment with significant benefits for the population.
Beyond the universalization of water supply and the reduction of losses, this new concession represents a decisive step towards the comprehensive improvement of sanitation services in Brodowski. The universalisation of wastewater collection and treatment will bring invaluable benefits for public health, quality of life and social equity. In addition, this project will have a positive impact on the real estate value of the municipality, making it an even more attractive place to live and invest.
The tender in Brodowski reinforces GS Inima Brazil’s aim to share solutions that enable access to basic sanitation for thousands of Brazilians, through the work of public authorities and the private sector.
