Whistleblowing and Queries Channel

This channel has been made available by GS Inima for you to communicate any complaint, query or information regarding anything unusual to our Compliance Officer. You can also do so by calling +34 611 603 649 or by sending an email to  canaldenuncias@inima.com.

The compliance officer guarantees at all times the confidentiality of the information processed and the prohibition of reprisals against the informant. It is not mandatory to identify yourself. The fields will be filled in in case you want to have an answer about the closure and the actions taken, or in the event that it is possible to contact you to provide more information about it.

Once the complaint has been sent, it will be received by the Compliance Officer and registered with an identification code. The Compliance Officer will acknowledge receipt to the informant within a maximum period of 7 days from the communication in the event that the informant has decided to provide an email address. The complaint will be resolved within a maximum period of 3 months.
