Channel for Complaints and Inquiries

This channel has been made available by GS Inima for you to communicate any complaints, queries or information about anything unusual to our Compliance Officer. You can also do so by sending an email to canaldenuncias@inima.com.

The Compliance Officer guarantees at all times the confidentiality of the information processed and the prohibition of retaliation against the informant. Identification is not mandatory. The fields will be filled in if you wish to obtain a response about the closure and actions taken, or if it is possible to contact you to provide you with more information about it.

Once the complaint has been sent, it will be received by the Compliance Officer and registered with an identification code. The Compliance Officer will acknowledge receipt to the complainant within a maximum period of 7 days from the communication in the event that the informant has decided to provide an email address. The complaint will be resolved within a maximum period of 3 months.
