The WWTP Crispijana purifies the water of the municipalities of Vitoria-Gasteiz and Crispijana. It is equipped with anaerobic digestion to reduce the volume of sludge and has two motor generators installed that use the biogas produced in the motor generation to produce electricity. Thanks to the treatment process, it is possible to extract biogas that is used in the installation itself.
